LAURA
Photographer, Founder
Laura is the creative heart behind Laura Woodrow Photography. Based in Surrey, she’s spent over nine years capturing dancers, performers, families, and small businesses with her relaxed, people-first approach.
With a background in theatre and a love for storytelling, Laura brings energy, empathy, and a sharp eye for those in-between moments that really matter.
Whether it’s a theatre show or a branding shoot, her style is warm, relaxed, and all about real connection.

After falling in love with the camera from a young age, I have spent the majority of my life studying and embracing the world of photography. Growing up dancing for 16 years also means I have a passion for the creative and performing arts. Whether it be new actor headshots, strong editorial portraits, dramatic live theatre or hidden backstage antics, every moment is worth preserving.

Over the past 9 years, as Laura Woodrow Photography has grown, I’ve had the privilege of working with performers, schools, families, couples, and business owners. I’m also incredibly excited to be working alongside a brilliant team of female photographers who share my enthusiasm for documenting performances and live events. Each brings their own style and experience, but we’re all united by a love for storytelling and capturing memorable moments on and off stage.
